After going through my own dark night (or nights — as anyone who’s experienced this can attest) of the soul, being grateful for the hands and light of some powerful and loving mentors, I have come home to a deeper understanding and love of myself and my own personal journey. A place of soul honoring. A truer, richer understanding of who I am and how I’m meant to become, to evolve, as I live into this deep and self-sovereign, sacred place of honoring, embodied and integrated, lit-up life through soul centered love.
From this centered place, I’ve been guided to learn and grow, create and open space for modalities and new ways of seeing and being, and I’ve felt led to share these tools with others – you. If your soul feels a connection to this space where you desire to claim ownership, authority and sovereignty of who you truly are at a deep, core level congruent with what your soul already knows – I’m here to share as lantern bearing guide, coach, witness – cheering and encouraging you to live into your best, most loving, powerfully possible, expansive life. As a True You Coach (in training), I’ll be utilizing Katherine Woodward Thomas’ ‘True You’ approach as we begin a process together — one that opens a space for the powerfully potent possibility of the deeper truth of who you are and what is truly available for you when you remove the barriers keeping you from a life of fulfillment. One where your future self begins to inform as your choices go from organized to organic, and you live into your vibrantly possible, fulfilled soul-honoring life. This process will begin with your, what Katherine refers to as ‘unreasonable’ intention — your POTENT intention, one driven by the calling of your soul to live a life you love.

During our time together I’ll be accessing my training in True You coaching methods as I hold sacred space for you in sponsorship while you honor the holy hungers, the inextinguishable desires of your soul to find a safety in communion with yourself. From this place of deep cradling compassion and joy-fire you can shift life from ‘meh’ and mediocrity to magnetically intuitive, celebratory gratitude and profound peaceful hopeful joy. This comes through harnessing the courage of your heart and inspired, life shifting and affirming action that aligns with living a life embodying soul centered love — the deeper truth of who you really are.
